Limitation of Liability
Any liability under any agreement between you and TSF shall be limited to any sums paid by you to TSF.
According to the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have a cooling off period of seven working days from the date you purchased the e-learning programme. This period allows an unconditional right to cancel. You will be required to make such a request in writing to TSF at: Théâtre Sans Frontières, Queen’s Hall, Beaumont Street, Hexham NE46 3LS or email firstname.lastname@example.org
If you do cancel a programme and are entitled to a refund, TSF will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. TSF will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of the day TSF received your valid notice of cancellation.
Purchase of a TSF e-learning programme is valid for the individual, group or school registered and cannot be transferred.
Access to a programme once purchased is valid for three years. At the end of this period, the user will be asked if they wish to purchase access to the programme for another three years.
